Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeframes All orders are dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. Standard delivery to UK addresses takes 2–3 working days from dispatch. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been sent.

Packaging All products are carefully packed in sealed courier bags to ensure they arrive safely and securely. Liquid products such as palm oil are double-sealed to prevent leakage in transit. Dry goods including spices, garri, and dried fish are packed to maintain freshness and prevent damage.

Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address.

International Orders: We ship to over 40 countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email so you can follow your delivery.

Missing or Delayed Orders: If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of your expected delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.
